Happiness means sharing.

Happiness can often seem like it depends on external factors and luck. We live in a world that requires our attention to be focused on success, money, social media, acceptance of others and success.
The truth is that happiness is not a destination that can be reached through a specific and unique path. A happy life is the sum of actions, personal choices, needs but also a more general way of thinking and mentality.
The life coaching it is an education in thinking, self-awareness and discovering your own needs. Its main goal life coaching  through a combination of practices but mainly through active listening and the creation of a confidential relationship is to strengthen the person's self-esteem, to teach him to recognize his own unique needs and to focus on the present in order to realize his dreams and his goals. Practices of practicing Happiness through the life coaching
 
  • Start enjoying yourself. The relationship with yourself needs time, calmness, relaxation and care.
Sure, strong social ties are one of the important keys to happiness, but ultimately a truly happy person can feel good alone.
  • Be grateful for what you are and have. Daily focus on people, things, that we have in our life, for many it seems like a stupid idea. But it is not, if you focus on your health, your home, the peace you experience, in your relationships you will understand how rich you are.
  • Healthy relationships. Research consistently shows that strong personal relationships are the answer to happiness far more than money, material possessions, gender and age. Truly happy people have warm, close relationships of companionship, support, and shared activities.
  • Invest in enjoying your work. Work is one of the two important pillars of self-actualization in your life. Through work you experience your dynamism, your creativity, your unique abilities. The enjoyment you experience through your work can lead you to a happier life.
  • Rest, relax and sleep 7-9 hours. Your organism, your body and your mind need daily adequate rest. The lack of proper sleep creates nervousness, fatigue, lack of sexual mood, memory disorders and, in general, significant reductions in your daily life. Create a beautiful atmosphere with relaxing music, a candle, no cell phones and enjoy your sleep.
  • Play, have fun. Inside you is a child waiting for you. He wants to laugh, forget about the daily chores and have fun so that he has energy and mood to continue. The inner child is what gives you motivation, strength and energy. Take care of it.
  • Ask for help whenever you need it. We all at some point in our lives need an ally, someone who will listen to us objectively, support us without judging us. It is a matter of strength to ask for help because none of us can do everything, know everything and are not obliged to do everything alone. When I learned to ask for help I realized that I am neither alone nor alone and that is liberating. By helping each other we can grow faster, evolve, expand our horizons, improve our lives and gain self-awareness.

So happiness it is a psychosomatic state that we all deserve at whatever age and stage of life we are. I believe that it is most important for man to know and experience himself as he desires and wants.
