The Importance of Self-Confidence in Our Lives

I'm Sofia Banagi and I'm your Personal Life Coach. Today we're going to talk about self-confidence.
Self-confidence, i.e. how much I feel capable of being able to do things.

Confidence is not something we should worry too much about
but it is something that we will have to work to make it flourish.

We usually have to first understand who we are, what our abilities are, what our virtues are, our skills, what we have done well so far. Where we have succeeded. Do we speak positively to ourselves or do we constantly blame him?

Also confidence is not something that is built in a day, we usually get disappointed very easily because we are too demanding of ourselves.
We believe that if we have a failure we are not automatically competent or efficient but this is not the case. Confidence takes time to grow and flourish, we need to be flexible enough to accept compliments and say well done to ourselves. 

That's why he achieves every day but we do not recognize them. So, in order to work with your confidence and cultivate it, first of all you need to look inside yourself and see what you are doing well, what you are not doing and what you would like to do better so set a goal and organize a plan and action plan so that step by step succeed and then reward you and that's what you handle repetition you can't do it once and then say yes I'm confident or I didn't succeed so I'm not confident whenever make a plan work on yourself take one step at a time find allies reward them yourself and when you achieve something show yourself that you are grateful and say a big thumbs up this only builds self-confidence.
