Well-being Coaching is the experience of happiness, health and well-being.

To put it simply, it's about feeling healthy, happy, strong spiritually and believing in yourself. The World Health Organization defines well-being as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. Not just the absence of disease and disability.

In essence, Well-being is the experience of health, happiness, well-being that includes many stations.
Well-being is not linked to the money you earn, the watch you wear, the car you drive. Mostly it has to do with the way we experience ourselves, our Existence, our values.
