How important is employee wellness?
In recent years, it has become imperative for companies and businesses to support their employees holistically, that is, on a physical, mental and mental level.

The covid-19 pandemic in recent years has changed and decisively affected our lives on a personal and professional level. Employees have undergone changes in the way they work. This affected them psychologically, socially, financially and physically. Companies need to look for new solutions to strengthen their human resources. Their employees want a holistic approach that targets their mental and physical well-being. Therefore, changes are also needed in the mentality of the leaders.

The work well-being of employees, as well as their commitment to the companies they work for, are important factors for their performance. According to Currie (2001), for businesses to be sustainable they should implement employee wellbeing, which increases their commitment and performance. Employees are the biggest capital in a small or big business, they need attention, care and empowerment. People become better on all levels when they feel you care.
