How does behavioral coaching help you in any kind of relationship?
Conflicts often arise in our personal, professional, and friendly relationships. Personality conflicts as they are called affect our productivity, functionality and the balance of our relationships.

Productivity, collaboration or balance is vital to the success of any organization and our interpersonal relationships. But often personality conflicts between people, employees, supervisors and managers can have negative effects on the team and in general on our relationships.
Each of us has a personality, some stronger personalities, some more conventional.

Behavioral coaching helps you understand DISC : a model for understanding behavioral styles. This particular model was developed by William Moulton Ph.D, 75 years ago and has become widely known for understanding human behavior.

The DISC BEHAVIORAL STYLE model consists of four main behavioral styles: D, I ,S, C. Each style is different, just like people. Each personality style harbors a built-in conflict with the other styles. One might ask, which style is best? The model does not focus on good or bad. What is needed and useful is to learn it, understand it and understand that each style is useful, we just need to learn to communicate, coexist and cooperate.
