How to determine your personal value with the help of behavioral life coaching?
The word self-esteem stems from
from the verb to value and when referring to ourselves, it expresses how much we think we are worth. Life coaching is a gradual process, in which the qualified life coach will help us through the midwifery method of Socrates and other techniques such as cognitive behavioral coaching to discover the way we behave, what knowledge we carry about ourselves and the world and after all, what effect do they have in our lives?

Each of us is different, with specific beliefs, values, needs and obstacles to overcome. Many times there is a repetitive pattern of thinking, feeling, and behaving that motivates us to seek help because it has tired us, frustrated us, and feels like it is holding us back.
You must have felt that at times it is as if you are chasing your "tail". There is also the precious moment of realization.
