What is life coaching?
In recent years, Coaching has become a Social phenomenon, which exceeds the limits of individual disciplines and schools. It is a global phenomenon and is not limited to borders.
To better understand life coaching we will need to see that as an approach it is connected to positive psychology, systemic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy.

Life Coaching is a step-by-step process, in which the Life Coach will help us discover where we are and where we wish to reach. Life Coaching helps us recognize our limiting beliefs and see how we can replace them with more functional and encouraging ones for ourselves. We deserve a life of Harmony, abundance and balance.

But what is it that nowadays makes more and more people turn to Coaching?

We live in a society and era where people are pressured from many sides and social imperatives so they need to have support. They need a coach who will trust them and talk to them to implement the changes they want. The idea of goal setting touches on important aspects of the human psyche, such as the propensity for self-awareness, change and learning.
