The benefits of Coaching
One needs to know that the basis of Coaching is the science of positive Psychology. Positive Psychology studies the inner forces and positive emotions of Man (snyder & lopez, 2007).

What is very interesting and the most essential in this scientific field is the shift made by Professionals from "what is wrong in people, what does not work properly" to "what is right in people and what works well".
This shift helps the person to discover their strengths, abilities and positives.

The benefits of Coaching are many, the main one being that it helps people recognize their strengths, embrace their uniqueness, see that they have opportunities and talents to find ways to create a new life.
