To better understand it life coaching we will need to see that as an approach it is connected to positive Psychology, Systemic treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy.

The life coaching is a gradual process, in which the life coach it will help us discover where we are and where we want to go. Life Coaching helps us recognize our limiting beliefs and see how we can replace them with more functional and encouraging ones for ourselves. We deserve a life of Harmony, abundance and balance.

But what is it that nowadays makes more and more people turn to Coaching?

We live in a society and era where people are pressured from many sides and social imperatives so they need to have support. He needs a coach who will him trust and they will speak up to implement the changes they want. The idea of goal setting touches on important aspects of the human psyche, such as the propensity for self-awareness, change and learning.


It is true that with the Coaching we recognize our deeper needs, we consciously change to achieve our goals and with this process our life changes. People today have understood and recognized achieving goals in their daily lives as a modern need. People who choose Coaching are mostly aware of the changes they will need to make. Coaching is for mentally healthy people otherwise the Coach MUST refer the person to another specialist.

Most of us feel unsatisfied, lacking, and that we are letting our dreams slip away. This makes us feel low self-esteem and confidence. We have been lost in the pursuit of time and obligations and we have dried up our Center. The first step is to recognize our own wants and needs and to put aside what is not useful to us.
