What makes Coaching so effective?

The Coaching has been inspired and taken important cues from person-centered theory of Carl Rogers. What makes it so effective Coaching is the relationship between advice and the customer. The development of a cooperative and trusting relationship is considered to be the most decisive factor for change. The relationship between counselor and counselee acquires more and more weight in all approaches and is taken into account much more.

In the person-centered Coaching the Relationship is considered effective in itself and the Alliance of the two members is Determinant for the changes.

-What did Carl Rogers stand for?

Founder Carl Rogers believes in the inherent potential of Man and the path to self-actualization.
The common feature of the two approaches is faith in the human being, in the development of an authentic relationship, in acceptance, empathy and the tendency of individuals to change and evolve.

The Coach focuses on the present, treats the person with positive regard and helps him through questions to discover where he is and where he wants to go.
The Coach treats the person with empathy and responds to their needs.

We all have many strengths within us. We don't just have one side. We all have our limiting beliefs that we need to overcome. The beliefs that prevent us from performing miracles. Let's embrace ourselves and stop sabotaging it.

You deserve a second chance!!
