How present are you in your life?

How present are you in your life?-Sofia Banagi
Taking care of myself means loving and listening to my body and my needs.
Taking care of myself means that I feed my soul with joy and gratitude. I am present in my life and in control of my thoughts. Do you allow yourself to be taken care of?

Many times in order to look at yourself, to give him real care, you should have reached your limits. You have learned to be very strict and critical with him, which prevents self-love. Your daily life is full of obligations and you have to fit in with others. Have you ever wondered how many hours a day you devote to meeting the needs and demands of others?
This habit and your tendency to give and leave yourself to the needs and desires of others takes you away from your self-care. This can lead to anger, frustration, nervousness, comparison and pessimism.
Maybe now you need to take a deep breath, listen to your feelings and adopt a new attitude towards yourself.

To love myself means to care and take care of it, to take care of my mental, physical and spiritual health and balance. I respect, value and defend myself and I don't let anyone insult, belittle and harm him.

—How to learn to take care of you?

– Recognize your own needs and when you understand them, try to satisfy them.
- Take care of your diet, eat fruits and vegetables and include exercise in your weekly schedule.
-If you feel "tired", take care of your health, rest and do things that please you.
– Allow yourself to change, you have a right to your personal development and change.
- Accept that you can't please everyone. You were not born to fulfill the expectations of others.
- Set limits, you need to learn to say more no to others and more YES to yourself.
– Express your feelings, it's not a weakness, it's a strength, your feelings are a big part of your mental world.
- To be surrounded by beautiful and positive people who support you and are happy for you.
- Let go of the guilt and recognize in yourself the right to be happy and enjoy your life.
