One of the biggest myths we believe is that most people have high self-esteem and confidence. Every day my conversations with friends and clients conclude that this is not the case. Even those who initially give you the impression of high self-confidence and self-worth hide feelings of shame and anxiety.
None of us are born with unshakable self-confidence because it is a state we are not in permanently.
Every day we are faced with various situations that can shake our confidence. However, we can all learn how to cultivate our self-esteem by adopting new perspectives and behaviors.
Belief in your personal worth and inner satisfaction determine the image you project to the people around you. This image defines you because it creates behaviors and communicates what you believe about yourself.
How indeed do you see yourself? What is your image?
How do you talk to yourself?
Do you feel enough?
Would you like to change something?
- Change your body image and language. Research that has been done has proven that communication with people begins with the non-verbal messages that the image projects to us. Smile, feel proud of yourself and go out.
- Remind yourself, how many times you have succeeded. If you can't at the moment, ask a friend to do it. Think about what areas of your life you have succeeded in and what skills and abilities you have used. Believe in your inner strength and if needed ask for help!!
- Live outside your comfort zone. Remember, when you were a kid, you got on the bike and didn't think about whether you would fall off. This is how he faced life. Arm yourself with courage and boldness and do what you desire.
- Stop sabotaging yourself by comparing yourself to other people. Remember that everyone is unique and different. Think that life when we feel good about ourselves becomes brighter and more interesting. Imitate the children and become more creative and optimistic.
