How to recover from difficulties and continue?-Sofia Banagi

How to recover from difficulties and continue?

Most people have gone through difficult situations and traumatic experiences in their lives. After all, life is not paved with rose petals and that is its essence.

But many people believe that they are unlucky or that setbacks only happen to them. But this is not true, there are simply people who are more resilient and others who are less. Resilient people stay cool when the odds are turned upside down.

How do you become mentally resilient?

Resilience is a person's ability to adapt to change, a traumatic event, and ultimately recover. This man emerges stronger from difficulties.
Like any ability that is not innate, you can cultivate it, strengthen it in various ways. The only certain thing in this life is that everything flows and changes. That's why it's important to engage in learning and building your resilience. It is an essential tool that will help you progress and develop with ease.
How will you cultivate your resilience?

●Created solid bases.
Find your inner strength, your core. Write on a paper who you are, how many times have you fallen but got up?
How many fears have you overcome?
What are your skills?
What makes you unique?

Self-awareness and continuous development and inner empowerment will help you endure.

●Take care of your body and your mind. Return to nature, take deep breaths and check your thoughts. Learn to calm your mind.

●Be flexible, learn not to break at the first disappointment, injustice or failure. Consider that setbacks are a part of life and deal with them as such. When your intention is to be flexible, then you will find alternatives.

●Create a positive and creative environment.

Your environment is your inner space but also the outer one where you receive stimuli. Make sure your interior space is bright, clean and has creative habits.
As for external stimuli, make sure you choose positive people, not miserable and toxic ones.

●Learn to express your gratitude every day. You have many important things and people to be grateful for. Say thank you for what you are and have, don't take anything for granted. That way, even when you're in a negative situation, you recognize the good and keep your resilience.

●Come to terms with failure.

It is true that no one likes failure but it is a part of life. Remember when you were little you fell off your bike and got back on. Failure makes you stronger and more flexible. The main thing happens to everyone.

The way we have finally learned to see things and explain them shows whether we are resilient or not. It also shows the way we face life and our mentality.
The good news is that it is up to you to change and empower yourself.
