The philosophy of Coaching

The basic principle of his Philosophy Coaching is self-directed learning. THE Coach he believes that man has within him all the deceptions for his personal good and benefit and the Coach's job is to provide him with the space and time to draw them out.
With this data, the following key principles emerge according to Wilson C. (2012):

Awareness
Through the process of Coaching, the Coachee is enabled to gain new awareness and insight, recognize their goals and take action.

-Responsibility
A basic principle of Coaching is the assumption of individual responsibility. The Coachee takes responsibility for his decisions.

-Self-belief
There are two components to building confidence. The first involves the existence of room for action, unfolding of the self and freedom to make mistakes and the second the recognition of success through sincere praise for one's achievements.

- Blame free
Mistakes are best managed as learning opportunities, so the person is motivated to try again and learn from the experience. Guilt is what stops it and creates the belief that success is impossible and therefore not worth trying.

-Focus on the solution (solution focus)
When we over-analyze a problem, we feel it becoming huge and absorbing all our energy. On the contrary, when we focus on the solution, the problem seems smaller and more manageable.

-Challenge

People like to be challenged in a supportive environment environment. In the Coaching individuals are encouraged to create goals and achieve them.

-Trust

Trust is a key factor in a Coaching relationship.
Without it there can be no result.

International Coach Federation (ICF)
He defines Coaching as a "partnership" with the client in a creative process that provokes thought and inspires him to maximize personal and professional of dynamics.

The European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) states, among other things, that Coaching facilitates the client's learning process using methods and techniques that help them discover their potential and achieve their maximum on a personal and professional level.
