We need ourselves.
What does taking care of myself mean? How do I do it?
They are questions I receive every day from the special people who visit me in my office.
It is true that after several years of self-awareness, I discovered how I should take care of myself.
It is true that we grew up as children in families that themselves did not know what it means to take care of myself.

The long-term absence of essential self-care can lead to emotional distress, mental and physical fatigue, etc.
Every day we are called to face many internal and external challenges, we must have established obligations. All this requires us to be mentally rested, to have energy and to have clarity.
In order to have these, however, we need to take care of ourselves daily and in a systematic way. Therefore, a change in way of thinking and mentality is needed.
