Women are a whole story and like every story it has its Good and difficult aspects. In today's era, the roles of the modern woman are many. Sociologically, its role has undergone major changes since the 1970s.

Although externally the Woman has changed, she is still followed by perceptions and social needs that torture and limit her. Indeed, many of them define to a certain extent the female role in society, either professionally or personally, and operate in a way that is burdensome for her.

Coaching for Women works with self-awareness and helps the Woman to face what still limits her, defines her and stands in the way of her everyday life. The Woman continues to feel trapped in labels. We need to understand that woman is a complex being spiritually and biologically.

Many times she herself does not realize her greatness. The woman has unique, wonderful qualities, she is a source of life and inspiration. She has feelings, callousness, love, care, patience and often hides her weaknesses for the sake of the most important others.
The Coach stands by the woman's side with empathy, acceptance and listens to her with all his attention. A woman needs to be heard to be able to express herself. Coaching sessions support each woman so that she can be heard and define Which woman she wants to be.
