Also empirical research by the Department of Psychology of the University of Salzburg (Sabine Losch, Eva Traut, Maximilian D, Eva jonas, 2016), found that Coaching proved to be effective in reducing procrastination, in enhancing the self-confidence and satisfaction of the Coachees, in fulfilling their goals, in mobilization.
A study done by the university of Australia and the United Kingdom surveyed hundreds of people and workers from 34 countries who received Coaching and 89% said they found it effective.

Coaching and the Coach support the client to improve his self-management, his self-awareness, his self-confidence, in order to move towards his own goals and solutions, which he desires.
