The Covid-19 pandemic has changed our lives a lot, the way we deal with life and especially our everyday life.

People were confronted with primal fears, such as the fear of death, or anxiety about our people, or isolation, confinement, or unemployment.
 
It makes sense that we all become more sensitive but also more aggressive because of fear.
 
Suddenly what we took for granted was lost overnight, journalists were daily talking about death and or reporting on the people who were dying every day horribly.
 
Life Coaching had already dynamically entered our lives, in business for several years, but during the time of confinement it became necessary.
 
This is the positive, the optimistic, people started to realize that they needed help, they needed an expert to talk to, to share their anxieties about the changes.
 
Life Coaching and Coaches began, according to research and studies by foreign agencies, to explode.
 
 
The global Coaching Industry has grown rapidly. The 2022 ICF Global Consumer awareness study found that it not only survived but evolved, strengthened, matured because people focused on today and wanted to make decisions about how to get where they want to go.
