How to avoid toxic people?

 Every relationship we create in our lives, be it friendly, collegial, or companionship, must always take us forward, develop us as people and allow us to express ourselves authentically.

We must not allow any man to belittle us and hurt us. Our selves are important and deserve respect.
 
Toxic people are constantly trying to control you, they are usually people who are not in control of their lives. No matter what boundaries you set for them, they ignore them, they cannot respect what you tell them. Many times they will make you feel that you are wrong because they always want to be right. They almost never admit their mistake and drive you crazy. Toxic people never take responsibility and always blame everyone else or circumstances for what happens to them.
 
Usually these people make us feel guilty when in fact they are mostly to blame.
 
Does any of the above sound familiar to you? You may find it helpful to recognize the toxicity in your life. In fact, toxicity can be present in our lives for years and we are not fully aware of it.
How do we remove toxic people from our lives?
 
– We need to set very strict limits even if we have to clash. It is important to make it clear that we cannot tolerate their behavior any longer.
 
-We talk to them openly. We say out loud how unbearable they are, even that they are toxic people, meaning that they pollute their environment.
 
-We take care of ourselves.
It is true that people who have a toxic person in their immediate environment become disorganized. Their spiritual and psychic powers fall.
It is very important to rest, go to nature, relax and sleep properly.
 
-We are asking for help from one special. When we feel we can't get rid of them or they are in our work or family environment, we have to find ways to handle them.
 
Toxic people are characterized by negative energy which they transmit to whoever is next to them.
It is important to recognize them and not trust them because we need love, friendship or acceptance. By removing toxic people from our lives, we give ourselves the opportunity to be healthy and happy.
