How to use the mind so that it works for you?
It is true and scientifically proven, that we use only 5% of the conscious mind in our daily life, the rest 95% of the subconscious mind are the habits we have picked up from our family and our environment.

Bruce lipton talks about the new science that advocates and proves the power of the mind both in curing diseases and shaping our lives.

But how can we change our mindset and if it's so easy why don't we do it?
The reason is that we have learned, we have been trained from young children to operate with what we have been told.

So think if for so many years we operate, think and have built a system of beliefs and automatic thoughts and therefore behaviors, it takes time, observation and training in a new way of thinking.

If the human population changes its belief system the world will change. We need to believe it, want our life to change and create a new vision.
