The philosophy of Coaching
The core principle of the Coaching Philosophy is self-directed learning. The Coach believes that man has within him all the deceptions for his personal good and benefit and the Coach's job is to provide him with the space and time to draw them out.
With this data, the following key principles emerge according to Wilson C. (2012):

Awareness
Through the process of Coaching, the Coachee is enabled to gain new awareness and insight, recognize their goals and take action.

-Responsibility
A key principle of Coaching is taking individual responsibility. The Coachee takes responsibility for his decisions.

-Self-belief
There are two components to building confidence. The first involves the existence of room for action, unfolding of the self and freedom to make mistakes and the second the recognition of success through sincere praise for one's achievements.
