  • • Communicate constructively. The most important element of good communication is learning to listen. The rule of correct communication is to listen 80% and speak 20%.
  • Build relationships. People buy you first and then your product, your service.
 
So to become successful, great, good at whatever you do, you need to be able to create authentic relationships!!
 
So people will buy you for who you are and what you stand for!!
