Happiness means sharing.
Happiness can often seem like it depends on external factors and luck. We live in a world that requires our attention to be focused on success, money, social media, acceptance of others and success.
The truth is that happiness is not a destination that you can reach through a specific and unique path. Life Coaching through the right questions helps you turn inside and think about what really makes you happy.
A happy life is the sum of actions, personal choices, needs but also a general way of thinking and mentality.
Life coaching is a training in thinking, self-awareness and discovering your own needs. The main objective of coaching through a combination of practices but mainly through active listening and the creation of a confidential relationship is to strengthen the person's self-esteem, to teach him to recognize his own unique needs and to focus on the present in order to realize his dreams and his goals. It is very important to recognize your own values and how you define your life.
Remember that life coaching is focused on you and the life coach is the person who will listen to you and accept you so that you feel free and/or express yourself!!
